Theme is not that bad but support is the worst i have ever seen. I don’t recomend it.

your support team resets the website and doesn’t fix the major issue in the first place which is wpforms , it’s working with other themes besides yours!, why support reply is slow, I get like zillion reply and no answer, and it takes almost two days to get a follow-up

some notes you need to consider:
- -your support team is understaffed, one person can’t solve all tickets, I have some tickets still not answered and that forced us to open multiple tickets and that is confusing for us and your staff
- - you have some issues in RTL with WPForms dropdown elements
- - some icons in forms are still not RTLed properly
- - All footer and header options needs to be included in theme control panel
- - conflicts with Standard WordPress customize page and theme options, when adjusting settings from customize page it doesn’t save changes
- - upgrading Redux frame-work, because it has issues with elementor pro (when the main plugin of your theme is disabled the elementor pro works fine)
that’s for multiple themes we purchased like Biogenix & Transida (Transida is still not fully RTLed!)
your design is nice, but you need to up your game (specially in RTL and support) to increase sales
