Hello, I am using the Biscon theme in a Wordpress site.

For a couple of weeks I have updated the Wordpress version to the latest 5.7 release and updated all the plugins used on the site.

I realized that by opening the “media” library after a second or two I am redirected to the homepage and therefore I cannot insert new images or upload new ones.

I have already done a test disabling the various plugins but the problem persists, so I think it is a compatibility problem between the theme and Wordpress 5.7. I would like to know what I can do in order to use the “media” library.

I saw on the site that the theme was last updated yours in December 2020 and I need to know when a WP 5.7 compatible release will come out which hopefully will fix this problem.

Hi, I would like to purchase your theme, but I noticed that on mobile the main menu items that have a sub-item cannot be linked to a link. Can it be corrected?

Hello, I am using the Biscon theme but I cannot get the top level menu items in the responsive menu to work.

In practice, clicking on the first level item in the menu opens the drop down on the second level menu items but does not allow me to open the page linked to the first level item.

How can I also have the top level entry on the page “active”?

Hi, I have pre-sale questions:

1- Is the demo installation script compatible with Apachi 2.4? I have tried two themes on two different web hosts with Apachi 2.4 and demo installation is not working. (Please note that we are using shared hosting so we will not be able to help if theme conflicts with Apachi configuration i.e. Deny All or httpds etc.)

2. In case, demo installation fails (despite fulfilling requirements of installation i.e max execution time, upload size etc.) Do you have an alternative way of demo installation?

3- What are your refund policies in case the theme and the demo don’t install properly?

Sorry for being too spectacle, but one theme author wasted our whole month just trying to install the demo and now the case has been escalated to dispute. We just don’t want to waste more of our time. If this theme works properly, we will have no problems, but if it doesn’t work, we need to be clear on the subject.
