Bitpix is an HTML template, not a a WordPress template, as stated on the template page: http://prntscr.com/15p8s0y

In order to install this HTML template, please, upload the folders and files from the /dist/ or /dev/ folder of the unzipped template package to the site directory on the server.

Feel free to use the theme documentation included to the template package.
