Font Awesome Plugin Error After Installing Bixol Theme

Today I purchased your WordPress theme, Bixol – Cleaning Services WordPress, and successfully uploaded and activated the theme on my website.

However, after installing the required plugins, I started receiving the following error message:

“The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error. When trying to load Font Awesome, the plugin’s configuration was invalid. Try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-activating the Font Awesome plugin.”

I already tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin twice, but the issue is still not resolved.

I also tried to contact your support team through your website by submitting a ticket, but the Bixol theme is not showing in the “Submit a Ticket” section. Additionally, I could not find any direct contact details on your website, so I am contacting you here.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I want to use this theme in my development server

In a subdomain to try and test the new server, the new version of PHP, and also with the new version of nginx.

Is it possible to use it in the Dev server?

the demo import feature does not work and the developers seem unable to fix it. The process consistently fails with a “Request Timeout” error. This is a widespread problem, as evidenced by the numerous complaints and tickets from other users on this same topic.

Despite our server meeting all requirements and beyond, and despite the many tickets submitted by the community, the core issue persists. Support’s inability to resolve a problem that affects so many customers is very concerning. Save your time and money and look for a more reliable product.

1. Demo Import & Page Selection If I import the demo content, will my site look exactly like the live preview, including all sections, fonts, colors, and layouts? Do I have the option to select specific pages or sections to import instead of the full demo? For example, if I want only the homepage from Demo 2 and the about page from Demo 3, is that possible? Can I build my site page by page, selecting sections individually, or is the demo only available as a full import?

2. Homepage Setup After importing the demo, how do I set a specific homepage? Some users have reported getting a “404. Nothing here” error when trying to edit with Elementor. How can I prevent this? If I import multiple demo homepages, can I switch between them easily without breaking my design?

3. Customization & Elementor Issues Are all sections of the theme fully customizable with Elementor, or are there any limitations where I need to modify theme files manually? Some users have reported conflicts between Elementor and the theme. Have these issues been addressed in the latest update? What is the best way to prevent errors like the “recent-projects-widget.php” fatal error when updating the theme and Elementor?

4. SEO & URL Customization How can I remove “blog” from the URL path? For example, instead of https://website.com/blog/project/fleche-blanche-elementor/, I want it to be https://website.com/project/fleche-blanche-elementor/. Does the theme support custom SEO-friendly URL structures without requiring additional plugins?

5. Performance Optimization & Dynamic Elements Does the theme include performance optimization features (lazy loading, caching, or minification), or do I need to install external plugins? Some users reported issues with dynamic text in Elementor moving content up and down unexpectedly when scrolling. Has this issue been resolved, or is there a setting to fix this behavior?

6. Plugin Compatibility & Updates Are premium plugins like Elementor Pro or WPBakery included, or do I need to purchase them separately? How often do you release theme updates, and are plugin updates included? If I experience issues after updating Elementor, do you provide fixes quickly, or would I need to manually adjust the theme files?

7. Contact Form Issues Some users mentioned that the contact form is not working, even after switching to other form plugins like Forminator. Is this a known issue, and what is the recommended solution?

8. Video Background & Media Issues Can I use a YouTube video as a background for my homepage? If so, how do I ensure it loops continuously without showing random video suggestions when it ends? Some users reported that videos do not display correctly on mobile devices and instead show a blank background. How can this be fixed?

I recently purchased the Bixol WordPress template and encountered an issue with the “Case History Carousel” widget. Specifically, the years and navigation are not displaying correctly, which also results in the content assigned to different years not being visible.

To troubleshoot the problem, I have already tried the following:

Created new pages and added the widget – the issue persists on all of them. Deleted and reinstalled the “Case Theme Core” plugin – unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. Could you please assist me in resolving this? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hola, he comprado el tema Bixol, y al instarlo y empezar a modificarlo veo que tiene muchos problemas de accesibilidad, no cumple con wcag 2.1, para mi cliente esto no es factible y tengo que presentar un proyecto que cumpla con la norma wcag 2.1. ¿Se tiene constancia y se van a solventar estos errores? si este tema no es wcag 2.1 para mi y mi cliente no es válido, no me sirve. ¿Se pueden corregir estos errores o solicitar el abono?
