Hello, I use Bizix with satisfaction on one of my sites, and I therefore purchased it for a second site. But,am I stupid ? I can’t change the background color of the pages, (neither from the theme settings, nor from the elementor settings, nor from wordpress settings). Whatever my setting, the site remains on a white background, unusable for my second site. If Bizix can only be used on a white background, can I be reimbursed for this second purchase? Thanks for any help.

We’ve added the option to customize the content section background color in both the customizer and page options metabox. You can now apply changes to all pages or specific ones. Please update the theme to access this feature.

Can’t proceed with One Click Demo Import, the plugin Elementor, Contact Form 7, and Metabox are locked. Continue and import button will result to ‘Import Failed’ error.

I have strange problem with my Bizix theme.
On my site i set up sub header style to title with background.
I set the background image, but now i want to change this image to another but i cant selec new one image.

It appears that there might be a conflict within the JavaScript functionality, possibly stemming from a third-party plugin or a custom script. To effectively troubleshoot this matter, I recommend the following procedural steps:
1. Ensure the Bizix theme (version 2.12) and the “Gyan Element” plugin (version 2.1.1) are updated to their latest versions.
2. Update all installed plugins to their most current versions.
3. Temporarily deactivate any plugins not explicitly recommended or provided by the theme itself.
4. If a child theme is in use, deactivate it temporarily and activate the parent theme.
5. Reload the editing page and verify the functionality of the “Add Media” button for background images.
6. In case the update button becomes visible, systematically activate each plugin while checking for conflicts with the “Add Media” button until the conflicting one is identified.

You can use Polylang plugin to add language menu from Admin > Appearance > Menus > Edit Menus > Main Navigation

I have question about bizix theme. On my site i added Sub Header Display Style to “Standard – Title with background”.
Problem is that i added background image. On PC that background looks perfect but on mobile devices this background are not responsive(its show left top of image – not all image). How to change this to be responsive?

Now we try to use it. we try to update wordpress 6.2.2, the website doesn’t work. we just pay extended support. since it is in review, we put in a sub folder like /2022. we try to update to php8.1 it doesn’t work. The theme has an individual section styling advanced feature. You can style the topbar, header, sidebar, footer, etc., section with different colors. (https://bizixdocs.premiumthemes.in/styling-changing-colors/)
Elementor widgets have custom colors, which you can change seperately or use the elementor copy and paste feature for bulk customization. You can use “Style” option for individual sections.

I seem to be having same issue as another user I see. I updated your theme , but when I updated Elementor it breaks my website. The website looks like it loses all css on any elementor update, this seems to be a known issue with your theme please clarify how to fix .

You can reverse back to a previous version, report issues to the theme support team, and after the issues fix, you can update the plugin with the latest version.
