I think you already used the purchase code before – you have deactivate the purchase code from the old website. Then you can use it again.

Allow Url Fopen (allow_url_fopen) – ON
cURL library** – your server must work with curl or url_fopen.
OpenSSL must be enabled.
PHP memory_limit = 256M
PHP max_execution_time = 600
PHP Post_max_size = 64M
PHP upload_max_filesize = 128MAfter updating the setting try to activate the purchase code again. If still not worked try to send me admin access – I will try to help you.

Your support is really bad, I haven’t been able to make use of your theme since I purchased it and you guys are ignoring me mails. I couldn’t activate the theme due to license issue which I have reported for long, does this mean i lost money getting this theme? not fair.

How many times should i share my purchase code and admin access cos i have done this before and your response was you’ve reset the purchase code, if that works why should I still be having issues on this. I gave the admin access aren’t you supposed to test from your end if things works right before moving a mail that it’s fixed?

The issue isn’t with the server, one of the plugins “Layer Slider” Isn’t compatible with the latest version of php which results to the error. The plugin has been deactivated. Please proceed with resolving the license issue. Thanks

If i get the configuration to what you requested we will now have to resolve the license issue ? Also you wouldn’t be the one to tell me to change ratings or my comment if I haven’t encountered issues with your theme I wouldn’t have come up with that comment or give the rating I gave. My theme don’t have any issue – only issue happening from your server end. Also you can activate purchase to one domain only – if you want to activate again to another domain you have deactivate the first one. Try to check our documentation. Thanks

Upload file size has been increased to 128MB and other configurations done as requested. Post_max_size also was increased to 128MB for better performance
