How can I disable the stupid menu? THERE IS NO OPTION TO DISABLE IT. I have installed startups demo, and the stupid “Menu” is there, I want it completely disabled as I only want to keep it as a blog.

Please navigate to Layouts> Header Default> Edit with Elementor and delete Menu shortcode

I have 2 sites, its another thing. and other themes usually comes with 3 sites per theme, and especially its very useful to check the theme in local before updating new theme to a live site

You can install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes (this installation should not be available to the public). As soon as the project is ready for moving to another domain, you can disconnect the license and activate the theme on another domain.

Before any manipulations that will require re-entering the purchase key even on the same domain (e.g: WordPress reinstallation or cleaning the database), you may disconnect the domain under Theme panel > Theme dashboard > General tab: http://blabber.ancorathemes.com/doc/#domain_disconnection

The last 2 times I’ve updated the theme: it completely breaks the website. – Then I have to revert to backups.

I make sure to update all Plugins it asks me to. ..and have tried removing any Plugins which didn’t come with the theme.

Also, clicking:

‘Elementor Data Updater – Database update process is running in the background.’ Results in: ‘There has been a critical error on your website.​’

I have a purchase code that is now getting a message that the code is not valid. I had used it for a site and the theme was activated using the purchase code I received. I deleted wordpress, to reset my site, and now the purchase code is not working. Tried to send a message through support, but since the purchase code is coming up as not being valid, I can’t open a support ticket! Theme is Blabber, what is the quickest way to get this resolved?

In case the Purchase key was used multiple times within the short period of time the activation may fail. This is done to prevent using a license for multiple projects.

Also if you would like to change domain name, purchase code should be deactivated on old domain before using it on new domain name:

The pages I made using Elementar are now showing up as blank pages, and when I try to edit them and choose edit with Elementor, it just gives me an error saying preview not loading. Other pages and everything is fine, just the pages I made with Elementor are blank.

I’ve also updated all plugins, tried using the new version of the theme – nothing fixes it, please help.

Hi,

​When I log into WordPress the site it works perfectly. But when viewed in incognito or as regular view everything is completely messed up and I have no idea what’s going on to try to fix it.

I’ve attached two screenshots of the homepage as an example, but it’s the same across all the pages, unfortunately.

Anyway to fix this?

I have a purchase code that is now getting a message that the code is not valid. The difficulty you faced happened because the license key was not disconnected before re-installing the theme or Wordpress: http://blabber.ancorathemes.com/doc/#domain_disconnection. Our Tech support operator has manually disconnected it on our end. Feel free to activate the theme again now.

How can I change the order of how posts are pulled on the homepage Widget:Slider? There seems no way to control the order by which the posts should appear and it is defaulted to most recent. I want it to be random ordered.

The twitter button to tweet is never worked, when clicked page open and say REFRESH! I refresh and nothing is there FB and other buttons work.
