I just purchased the Theme, but i made a mistake of adding 2 Same themes to the Cart and also paid 2 Times for the same Theme.
I would like to have a Refund for the 2nd Theme (Blackfyre – Create Your Own Gaming Community) Because i only need one of them.
I would like to change the word CLAN everywhere to something else…IE Team…etc. Where can i do this?

I’ve attempted numerous times for support help due to a bug issue in the game, I’ve been tossed around on a chasing spree for support. Made multiple attempts to join your message board and no approval, joined your discord and spoke with a support member but he couldn’t assist me said you were on vacation. I want a refund please.
I guess I’m going to decide to go a different route. Just isn’t what I was looking for apparently. How do I request a refund?

Hello there, I would like to use this theme for something else because it has nice looking forum and shop, I dont want to use it for gaming or clan… Is it possible to disable clan things via wordpress options? Thank you. The only reason I want to buy its because I love how it looks, forum is amazing and shop is amazing, that is what I need… i can disable other tabs for clan and things? Fully customizable?
Is it possible to remove activity on user forum profile and friends,groups,clans tab? Because I dont need it to show on someones profile.

How do I go about requesting a refund or replacement. BlackFyre does NOT work with WPBakery (per WPBakery developers). I have installed multiple other themes and do not have this issue with Frontend editor not working on ANY other themes.

Basically WP Bakery stops working upon install of the theme. However it works in all my other themes.
This comment has been under review for almost a week, and the support forums still have yet to get a response. There is even another thread posted that no one has responded too about the exact same issue. Please give me an update, let me try another theme, or refund the purchase.

I installed the July 6th version and my WPBakery is now working in the clan creation process, however im noticing a few other issues. I have posted in the support forum.

Clan Leader can challenged only? - there is user vs user messenger? - How we veryfied clan match score? by users / leaders / admin only? - maximum clan size? - users have only one account for clan menagment and forum or have to create 2 account? Hello. Im fairly new and just purchased this theme. I imported the demo content (did not have a 1 click install button in theme options) and when I click create a clan, it takes me to the standard Add Post page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you not update the theme anymore? – WPBakery dosent seem to work on any pages, it just goes into a white page, so you cant really use the theme anymore

Hello, I am trying to put application form in this short code:
