I have had an open ticket for nearly 3 days now - that is why I am giving this rating.
I manage to fix the situation with the support from my hosting, but if another issue comes up and support is not answering I will ask for a refund.

Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in attending to your ticket.
I want to clarify that there were two factors contributing to the delay in our response. We were undergoing a system upgrade for our support forum. Secondly, we encountered issues with your login credentials, which caused delays.
It's important to have a healthy WordPress installed which is part of hosting responsibility. We as theme developers can't solve hosting related settings, but we can advice how to go ahead with those. If you get an Internal Server Error then it's best to contact the webhost first which is the quickest way to solve it.
It's doing exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use with a nice design!

Its best with Elementor and will be looking for more default templates that would help in the next update this theme is good for people not only photography but for all creative field.
