really poor quality of documentation , and demo of theme is totally misguided. because it shows live chat feature on demo, so i purchased it. it was not there after the installed on my domain, i have contacted them, they said that “The chat on demo is only for pre-sale questions. We didn’t include it in the theme package.We recommend to our customers be more attentive before the purchase.” really disappointed. very classic theme less features. you can’t easily add products features as well in your shopping website. many of their own shortcuts are not working. i have requested refund. they have rejected. so kindly those, who are interested to buy it. must think 1000 times before purchasing it.

Hi. I have just downloaded this theme, but when I click to activate it I get a http error 500. I have contacted my host provider and they confirmed it is a problem with the theme. Please can you let know know what I need to do to fix this problem.

I have also another problem with my cart. When someone tries to add a product to cart then cart remains empty.
I have the latest version(2.6.4) of Woocommerce and also Blanco theme(3.5.3) latest version.
So, please tell me when you’re going to roll out the new update of Blanco to overcome these problems of “Alt attribute” and “empty cart issue” ?

Note: cart remains empty for Non-Logged in Users but cart works fine for Logged in users. (I think it is an issue with Session variable). I search for the above said problem then find this article(http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31533606/woocommerce-cart-empty-for-non-logged-in-users) but not understand how to implement this. Can you add Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) support in next version of Blanco theme because my website mostly visitors are coming from mobile devices and Google also love it. I really appreciate if your theme contains this feature in next version. Thanks
AMP is a good project but, unfortunately, it does not work in IE and our theme has these plugin in the list of Compatible Browsers. Also, e-Commerce plugins have not added the support of AMP yet.
But this is project with future, so one day we’ll add support of AMP.

Hi, all of a sudden the mobile menu stopped appearing on mobile devices. I have named the top menu as “Top” still no luck. It was working fine until recently!
What version of our theme do you use? Update it to the latest version. Do you use any third-party plugins? Try to disable them and check if it helps. If not then contact us on support forum and provide temporary admin panel and FTP access in Private Content area.

I am using the theme without any changes on this page, and I have added the API Key as suggested, the map still does not show correctly. What is the error that you see in the console? As a map is shown, just not to the address that is entered in the theme.

Why does the cloud ZOOM not work anymore??? It is enabled in single product, I disabled and re enabled it and still does not work! I had this theme for several years and this has always been an issue. PLEASE help.

Your Image ZOOM does not work and NOW the size guide is all messed up and does not show correctly when clicked on. Frankly, this is getting very tiresome. I want you to login to my customers website and fix all these errors.

I can live with the Zoom Plugin, but its the Size Guide when clicking on it that makes the images very skinny and does not widen it at all. cant read or see image. If you go to any product, click the size guide ruler, you will see.
