I log on to the Admin part of the website and every time I try to click Theme Options it takes me to another page that says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” This is new and just started happening I have checked my log in and I am set to administrator is there something I can do to fix this?? please need help on this.

Please be advised your support period is expired and you might be using an outdated theme version which could be a culprit of this issue you experience, so we would recommend you to renew theme support for getting further support and ability to update the theme as well, and once you got it renewed please submit a ticket on our forum and our support guys would be glad to assist you with all your inquiries.

Hello,

I recently installed your theme on my website and want a static page as “home” with three columns. I’ve done that before so I tried to add 3 columns but when I update my page it is not there. Also I cannot add a youtubelink (on other pages it works fine with your recommended plug-ins) to one of the colomns. My columns do not show any content. Could you please help me?

Yep, we have seen your post on our forum in the Blessing theme section, but we would need you to submit a ticket with access details provided in order to troubleshoot on this issue. The new update DID NOT FIX the text wrapping issue..

this is ho w the text loo ks like on the pa ge and it is tot ally impossi ble to read!!

Pre-sale questions may be what you use this comments section for Jack, but I (and probably most buyers) use this comment section to see how many problems a theme or a product has and also how quickly and how accurately the support team replies before we purchase.

A big red flag to me is when someone posts an issue here and the only reply from support is ‘open a ticket’.

If support would instead post the fix here then you could save yourselves countless numbers of tickets for the same problem. I doubt you’ll get any tickets or comments for the issue I posted the fix for above, you’re welcome.

Most of issues are uncommon and the solutions could not be provided right away. With this said we need to get customer access credentials in order to login into WP admin panel and review on all settings and check whether any additional plugins are installed that could cause the conflict and as you may know its not quite safe to provide and request credentials here, therefore we advise our customers to submit a ticket with all the details provided within our safe ticket system. Some of the issues are caused by customers incorrect settings or by misunderstanding of theme functionality and there is no need to post the fix for these kind if issues and we just get them solved directly on the clients website. If we get the issue reported that is the theme bug indeed then we get it solved and post the fix for everyone through the theme update release and in update note we point out that this issue was fixed. We are always glad to assist all our customer and it does not matter if the client submitted the ticket regarding the same problem due to the fact that not all customers read here through the comment section like you do, not even everyone review the theme docs and yes we get tickets regarding simple questions that are fully described in Docs, nevertheless any ticket is being replied and handled in appropriate manner. We are sorry if our support  points and methods don’t match your specific preferences but these are working fine for our team and for most of our customers.

PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND THE INFO BELOW BEFORE UPGRADING THE THEME.

Hello guys! If you previously (by 10th of February 2016) purchased the theme and want to upgrade it, we’d highly recommend to make a full site backup (all the files and database) since the releases beginning from v1.3.0 could not be 100% compatible. We did our best to make it 99% compatible, but who knows what could happen.

What’s happen to the theme?

If happened something wrong, for your fault in upgrade theme, (in expiry support) who provides to fix it?

We have received requests from our customers to get the Blessing WP theme compatible with the latest WP version therefore we had to update all theme elements that were developed for older WP version in order to get these working fine with latest WP. And yes 99 is almost 100 and none of the issues has been reported as of yet and if there is any we will get it solved and will implement a fix within next update. There are lots of culprits for causing any issues on a specific website – additional plugins, customization added, etc so you need to have a valid support so we could check on it. With this said if you do experience any issues please renew the support so then you can get in touch with our support team and get assistance with the issue you faced, thank you!
