Looks great! Good job refaktor!

Thank you!

gud work. bst of luck with sales

Thank you very much!

Can you make this for WordPress?

There aren’t any plans for a WordPress version at this time.

Good luck with sales :)

Thank you kind sir :)

Bout time somebody made a half decent theme for Drupal.. Good work, and a great example what can be done with a deadbeat old dusty CMS like Drupal… lol… Just kidding!!

Lol thank you for the comment. We wanted to push this theme a little further with some of the functionality and see what could be done, such as opening the blog posts in the modal window in the Recent Posts section on the front page. Drupal is actually a very powerful CMS and once you dig into it a lot can be done :)

I have a problem when i want to save de settings, “An illegal choice has been detected”

We’re aware of the issue and are going to release an update ASAP. As a temporary workaround just save a setting in the “select a background pattern” and “select a heading background” options and the error message will go away.

If you need further assistance please email us via the contact form on our author page. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You’re welcome. We also released an update so you can always download the latest version. Thank you for your purchase.

have you fixed the bug? i want to buy it but i don’t want any bugs. and do you plan to make more with zurb framework? it seems very fast.

cool. i will do that. also, is it possible to know a good mysql config for your templates? because i am using a vps and what i have noticed is that when i use templates it seems to load very slow.

One of the updates we just did was reducing the file size of the images used which will help reduce site load time. You can also enable the built-in caching and minification under /admin/config/development/performance which also helps with load time.

Another option is to use a CDN (content delivery network) to host images and other files. The following module can be used to configure your site to use a CDN: http://drupal.org/project/cdn

just bought it. what about the mysql config? any tips?

just bought it! how do i get the update?

Thank you for the purchase.

Anyone that was having trouble with the “illegal choice” bug should re-download the theme files as we have just released an update with a fix. Sorry again for any inconvenience that may have caused, and please do not hesitate to report bugs, suggestions, feature requests, etc.

Beautiful. One of the best looking Drupal 7 themes I’ve seen yet. Is this theme compatible with Panels? Views?

Thank you for the nice comment! This theme utilizes Views for many different elements and I don’t see why Panels would cause any issues. If you have any problems we fully support all of our themes and will help you to resolve them quickly.

Sorry, I can’t figure this out… can you provide a list of all the Drupal Modules you use in this template? For example, I can’t figure out how to get all the sidebar widgets (twitter feed, text widget, ad block, tabbed widget). Also, can I set it so for multiple authors on one blog vs. author blog for each author?

Great theme!

Thank you for the purchase and for the nice comment!

The theme download file actually includes a full Drupal install with all the modules so if you navigate to the /sites/all/modules folder inside the drupal_7 folder you’ll have all the modules used on the demo.

You should also take a look at the documentation inside the /documentation folder in the theme. There is a section about the widgets that shows example markup. The tabbed widget just uses a custom block and the Foundation tabs http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/tabs.php

For the multiple authors on one blog, what we did on the demo was use the Views module to create a page with all the content in the Articles content type. You could do the same with using the Blog content type if that’s what you’re using.

If you have any additional questions I would be more than happy to answer them. Please sign up for our support forum (http://refaktor.co/support) and then contact us with your forum username for posting access http://themeforest.net/user/refaktor#from

Thanks refractor! Nice support. Solid.

You’re very welcome. Enjoy!

love the theme but I get this error: Warning: file_put_contents(temporary://fileUNzMzb) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: “DrupalTemporaryStreamWrapper::stream_open” call failed in file_unmanaged_save_data() (line 1900 of /home/*includes/file.inc). See my reply to your other comment below.

sorry for the double post but I’m getting this: Warning: file_put_contents(temporary://fileg5KPyR) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: “DrupalTemporaryStreamWrapper::stream_open” call failed in file_unmanaged_save_data() (line 1903 of /home/mcfchurc/public_html/dtest2/includes/file.inc). That’s ok, thank you for the purchase. From the error I’m assuming that you did the full Drupal install and imported the demo database? This is from our instructions in the documentation:

Go through the Drupal configuration found in /admin/config options and update all the necessary information to reflect your website. Also be sure to visit /admin/config/media/file-system and change the Temporary Directory.

If you haven’t looked at the docs yet they can be found in the /documentation folder inside the theme folder. The temporary directory is usually /tmp. If you’re not sure look at another install on your server because the directory should be the same as that. If that’s not the issue or that doesn’t fix it please contact us using the email form on our author page http://themeforest.net/user/refaktor#from

Thank you so much for you help and quick response, all is working and I’ve stopped panicking!

No problem you’re very welcome. I too panicked the first time I imported a local Drupal install to a live server and encountered that very serious sounding error. I was quite happy to find out it was such a simple solution. Thanks again for the purchase, and if you have further questions please follow the instructions on our author profile to sign up for our support forum http://refaktor.co/support

Enjoy using Blocks, and don’t forget to rate from your downloads tab!

I registered on your support forum but it wont let me post anything hence my question on here. How do I update the ‘Our Team’ page. When I look at the page in content all it says is ‘Our Team’ yet when I look at the page as a user it’s populated with data (has correct pictures, but not the correct names) as per the blocks on the home page…..please help…..there is no view/edit tabs on the page either.

You needed to use the contact form on our author page to send us your forum username to get posting access. Seeing as you used the same username as your themeforest one I just went ahead and gave you access so please post all further questions in the support forum.

For the demo we used a couple custom page templates. The one for the “our team page” is /templates/page-node-6.tpl.php. Either edit the custom template, or if you’d rather use the Drupal content editor you can delete the template and edit it as you would a normal page. If you delete the template be sure to clear the cache under /admin/config/development/performance

Bought this theme the other day. Just want to let everyone know that not only is this one good looking theme (not so many quality D7 themes out there, as you probably know), but it’s really well thought out, is true responsive, complies completely with HTML5 and CSS3, and – bonus – the author is really communicative and quick to help out with any theme-related issue. Documentation is way above par, too. Keep rolling out new themes, Refaktor! D7 users need you!

Thank you for the kind words sir, they are very much appreciated!

Really interested in this theme! A few questions for the author:
  • is the login modal window customizable (e.g., adding facebook login)
  • how difficult will it be to add a search box at the topmost menu?

Hello, thank you for the comment.

1. It’s totally customizable. It is a block region so any Drupal block can be used or you could even code something right into the template.

2. That shouldn’t be too difficult either. We have a dedicated support forum where you could get help with these kinds of customizations.

Let me know if you have any more questions I can answer for you!

AWESOME theme. I’m absolutely enamored with it. :)

I am wondering how I’d go about customizing and/or removing the icons in the top left? (The gear and the mail icon) – The standard pop up just pops up when I click them. I’ve looked all over and I can’t find an answer – can you help me out please?

Thank you for the purchase and for the kind words, much obliged!

If you open up the /includes/header.php file lines 13 and 14 control those two icons. Each icon opens up a modal window which is defined at the very bottom of the file. Each modal contains a block region so you can add whatever block you want and change the icon type (http://www.zurb.com/playground/foundation-icons), or you can remove the call to the modal by removing the data-reveal-id attribute on the link and do something else with the icons.

If you have further questions while you’re setting up the theme you should register for our support forum at http://refaktor.co/support Instructions for gaining post access are on our author profile description and in the forum rules post.

Thanks again for the purchase, if you like the theme please consider rating it from your downloads tab :)

Thanks for the quick reply, refaktor. One last question. The social media icons don’t show up anymore. I didn’t change the node.tpl.php (even though Drupal is telling me there’s an error at line 24), and I noticed that’s around where the image URLs are for the social media icons. How do I go about getting those back? My blog is set up like domain.tld/blog..

You’re welcome. Which social media icons are you referring to, the ones in the header or the sharing icons below each post? If you’re using the article content type the posts on your blog page are controlled by the node—article.tpl template. If you’re using the blog content type then the node.tpl file would be responsible.

Post the error you’re getting and let me know which template files you edited and let’s see about getting you on track again.
