Perfect, sweet and simple.

I love this theme so much. Support answers all of my questions (even the simplest) super quickly.

Looks intimidating but once you get into it it makes sense. Lots of options -- possibly too many! But better to have them and let your site grow into them. Developers keep it up-to-date, revising and adding features as circumstances change. No coding experience is needed, though there are options for that too.

I love this theme and had some issues with customization to get it working like the demo on an old site; but the team was super helpful and responsive and everything turned out great!

The theme is good; the support is better yet. Would highly recommend maintaining extended support, particularly if you're not a WordPress guru (I'm definitely not). Things can get gummed up between plugins and updates and hosting and the like, and you'll want expert help when that happens.

As a newbie, I wanted to try to make my own page. However, without Cole Sanders that would be impossible. He patiently answered all my questions and in a month and a half, I have my new website. The theme itself is very approachable but has many, many options and I needed a constructive navigation.

But one of the things that makes a theme a great theme is that there is great support behind it. Whether you buy the theme you buy, you can always need help.

I have to say that the AncoraThemes support team is one of the best that have assisted me, they are quick to answer and very professional.
They don't leave you until they have fixed the problem.

I've used a lot of themes on Themeforest and have to say, Ancora Themes has offered the best support that I have experienced there.

My most recent experience with a client site was with Cole Sanders. He was super quick to respond and provided responses that were clear and concise. One thing that I didn't understand how to fix myself, he went in and did it for me.

His quick response and the ease of use of the theme allowed me to get my client's site up in under two weeks.

From now on, I will take clients to Ancora's portfolio first when choosing their themes!

I am changing my earlier review of 2 stars because once the company responded it has been a great help. Apparently, they are closed on the weekends and in a very different time zone than I am. Cole S. has been wonderful at providing detailed assistance to help me get through some of the kinks. It's a beautiful web design and has everything I need. I'm still unable to import all of the demo "media" despite my hosting provider making certain the settings were compatible. But as long as it doesn't affect the website's capabilities I think it'll be okay.
