I’ve been holding off on purchasing your theme because of the this issue I wrote about last week with the category pages. The issue was the default sorting button is overlapping the menu bar, and the “showing all results” is flush up against the black menu bar too. http://blogly.io/fashion/product-category/stache/

However, it appears you’ve fixed the issue in the demo, but you haven’t actually updated the theme that the customers will download after a purchase. it says there hasn’t been an update to this theme since May 16. Considering that the product that’s being shown as the demo is actually not the same theme that buyers are getting, will you be doing an update to this theme soon so we can purchase the fixed version?

Hello!

This theme will be updated next week, we are still working on the last issue that we want to include in the latest update. Please contact our support team at http://createit.support/ with access to your website and they will gladly help you with the overlapping issue.

Thanks, createIT

Hi I would like a refund on the theme Blogly that I purchased from you.

Hi Ravewings!

Sorry to hear about that! Is that because of some problems with our theme? Unfortunately I can’t see any support request from you to check this. And I believe we would be able to solve your problems – just contact our support team via dedicated support forum http://createit.support/ or email support@createit.pl Guys will be more than happy to help you there.

Thanks, createIT

I’d rather use themeforest’s built in support messaging system for legal reasons. I would like a refund at this point thanks.

Hi!

Not sure what legal reasons do you mean :) If you go to Support tab on this page you will see information about the support policy for this item. It’s not Envato who supports items purchased via ThemeForest, but the items authors, so it’s correct to contact our support team in case of problems with the theme (please check the section what should I do before requesting a refund). According to Envato refund policy we need to first check if the item you purchased is broken and unfortunately we’re not able to do that without access to your website and information what exactly is not working for you.

Thanks, createIT

I have a couple of pre-sales questions about the shop aspect of this template. In the demo, the shop home page doesn’t show product categories. And even the sort option doesn’t show any option to sort by category. Is there no way to show the shop categories, or is it simply not in the demo?

My second question is about the actual shop category page itself. On your demo, the page is broken. http://blogly.io/fashion/product-category/stache/ The “defaut sorting” button is overlapping the black menu bar, and the “showing all results” is flush up against the black menu bar too. It looks like both issues might be related, but I wanted to see if this can be fixed?

Hi!

Please our demo dedicated for a shop http://blogly.io/fashion/shop/ Other demo pages don’t have products on the homepage, because they use blog index instead of static front page.

We’re checking the issue with category page styles – it should be solve in next theme update.

Thanks, createIT

Thanks. I did look at the shop page, but there are no product categories on that page. Does that mean if we have 50-100 products, then all 50-100 products are going to be shown on the shop home page? Is there an option to instead show the product categories on the shop home page, instead of all of the individual products? Thanks!

Hello!

You are able to show the product catgories of the shop using WooCommerce Product Categories widget example.

Thanks, createIT

Hi Is there a way to make to main menu sticky?

Hi!

We plan to release an update with option to setup sticky menu today. So it should be available tomorrow on ThemeForest.

Thanks, createiT

Hi! I would like to buy this theme. Just one more question, is it possible to remove the header/slider on the home page in the top ? Thank you!

Hi!

Yes, top slider is a widget, so it can be easily removed.

Thanks, createIT

Hello. Great theme! Two questions for you: 1) Is there a way to make your large graphic slider in the “full screen article” demo a rotating slider? (or something that changes every few seconds)? 2) In an earlier comment, you mentioned a sticky header would be coming out in a future update. Any suggested time period for that new update? Thanks!

Hi!

Great to hear that you like our theme :) 1) We have option to create a slider like this: link from featured posts. 2) We plan to release next theme update in two weeks.

Thanks, createIT

Hi, how can you remove f105 symbol from sub menus? thanks

Hi!

Featured image can be added/removed while editing the post in admin panel, screenshot: here. You can select article as a sticky after clicking Quick edit on posts list in admin panel, screenshot: here.

Can you please contact our support team at http://createit.support/ about the other issues? We will need access to your website to check these. Our team will gladly help you there.

Thanks, createIT

The removed featured function I know how to work that, If I removed a picture from featured image then on homepage the article wouldnt show a featured image which I I dont want to do. I mean I want to show a featured image its just when I do select this it also places the featured image on the article its self at the top as first picture I dont want to show the featured image again at the top of the article, how do I removed that function, thanks

Hi! They work for me when I’m checking it now, though if you still have problems with links – feel free to ask our team at http://createit.support/ about that. Guys will be more than happy to answer all your questions regarding the theme settings.

Thanks, createIT

This is a pre-order question. Can the shop sell digital downloads, for example, ebooks?

Hi!

Yes, we used Woocommerce for shop functionality and it supports downloadable products, please check the documentation here: link.

Thanks, createIT

hi, i really like your theme and have one question before i buy it. can i have the same grid-layout you have for the home-page also for my different categories? this would be important for me.

thx!

Hi!

Unfortunately posts for different categories can be displayed only with standard layout. Though I think that it would be nice feature to have option also for grid layout, so we will think about adding this as a new feature for future updates.

Thanks, createIT

Looks epic! One question – how ‘flexible’ are the home page layouts, sliders and modules? Can they be mixed and matched?

For example http://blogly.io/fashion-left-sidebar/ can we control how many grid posts (6 in that demo) show up? Can we remove the banner ad splitting them?

As the three Call outs e.g. Instagram, About me etc. are below the slider here http://blogly.io/fashion-infinite/ ..... then could we in theory insert these under the slider in this one http://blogly.io/food/

Sorry for annoying queries – the home pages are supper cool but have a plan and would prefer not to have to start messing with the PHP if possible.

Do you by any chance have a backend demo?

Thanks

Hi Charlie!

You can define grid columns number and the frequency of a banner (you can also remove it). Number of displayed posts can be edited in standard WordPress settings (Settings > Reading).

Three call outs are widgets – you can add there any content you want to and they can be used for all demo types (also for food).

Unfortunately we don’t have any backend demo – though please contact us via support@createit.pl and we can give more information about how the backend works.

Let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks. createIT

Thank you very much for the fast reply – that all makes perfect sense. Many thanks

Hi guys, your theme looks really great.

Although have some questions installing it. I have problems when i upload demo data as i want an exact copy of “http://blogly.io/fashion/” i’ve choosen the option “import demo content: fashion” but it doesn’t look like your original file, looks like it doesn’t downloads the content. Then i;ve tryed to download the option “import demo content: fashion-left-sidebar” and it uploaded images am some posts, but in the upper page i can’t see the slider and some images, looks like it didn’t downloaded. I’ve tryed second time, same thing.

Hello I would like to buy your theme but have 2 questions.

1. I would like to buy your theme this Friday but was wondering if you could add infinitive scroll to Full Grid homepage before Friday. Is this possible? that would be really helpful if you could do a next theme update by this Friday.

2. Also on article page, at the bottom where Author section is, I cant find ‘you may also like…’ widget or next or past article button layout. Do you do this and can you show me a preview of this option, how this would look at bottom of article.

Thanks Alex.

Hi!

1. We will do our best, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that update will be released before Friday.

2. Yes, we have option for this, though it’s hidden on demo page. It looks like this: screenshot

Thanks, createIT

Many thanks!

PresaleQ? Is it possibly to have infinite scroll on the list with sidebar?

but unfortunately not infinity scroll

Hi!

Unfortunately not at the moment. Though I think it’s a nice feature, so I will add it to the feature list for the next theme update.

Thanks, createIT

we would like to cancel our order please.

1. we paid for this blog 2 days ago. 2. we uploaded and installed exactly to your “not correct” PDF. 3. we tried to open a ticket on your website. 4. we cant open a ticket on your system unless we give you:

WP Admin password (required) FTP url/IP address FTP login FTP password

sorry but we are not interested to give this information just to open a ticket. and you are not the first theme we buy on themeforest, where we are able to install orrectly with all files, all other themes that have better instruction, and better support system then yours.

please make sure you PDF instructions, and your site system tickets are more reasonable before you try to sell this theme.

please refund our money.

Thank you.

Hi!

If you have problems with starting a new ticket on our website you can contact us via email: support@createit.pl Though please notice that to check why something is not working on your website we need access to it. You can create a test account for admin panel for our support team and after we fix the issue just delete it. It’s a standard procedure used by most themes authors on ThemeForest. Problems that you have can be caused by your server setting or limitations or just theme settings and the only way that we can check this and help is access to your website.

Thanks, createIT

This theme is beautiful and I can’t wait to try it! Before I buy it, is it compatible with visual composer? If not, do you have any drag and drop features for customization?

Also can you use different aspects from each template to create your own look?

Hi!

It’s a simple blog theme with content based on blog posts, so we don’t have visual composer integrated. Content can be created with shortcode generator. It’s not drag and drop builder, but it allows you to build posts/pages without any coding.

Thanks, createIT

hello friend.

thank you for such a beautiful blog.

1. we uploaded to a new installation with a new hosting company, your wordpress theme via FTP.

2. activated plugins dedicated for custom post types.

3. now we need to know what to import in order to get the the exec copy of “http://blogly.io/fashion/”

your PDF shows only 1 import, but we see many.

import demo content: fashion import demo content: fashion2 import demo content: fashion-big-posts import demo content: fashion-full-width import demo content: fashion-grid import demo content: fashion-grid-full import demo content: fashion-infinite import demo content: fashion-left-sidebar import demo content: fashion-list import demo content: fashion-parallax import demo content: food import demo content: lifestyle import demo content: lifestyle-split

also, we have only “General | Code” Tabs in theme options.

but in the PDF we see:

general | style | pages | posts | portfolio | job | products | FAQ | socials | code

all we need is exectly “http://blogly.io/fashion/”. layout and images.

Please advice.

Hi!

If you want to have a copy of Fashion demo you need to select import demo content: fashion option. About the theme options – it looks like a mistake in documentation. We will fix that.

Thanks, createIT

so we did just as you say, but the theme is not uploaded the way it looks on your site :(. please advice.

Also, like i said before:

we have only “General | Code” Tabs in theme options.

but in the PDF we see:

general | style | pages | posts | portfolio | job | products | FAQ | socials | code
