Hello – I’ve been trying to fill out a support ticket on your website and even after adding my LICENSE CERTIFICATE, I cannot comment in the Bloom forum. I know you are on Lunar New Year, but I really need to open a support tab. I cannot customize the Header/footer in this theme because the “Bloom Options” found in the dashboard that you have listed in your documentation is not present on my backend. How do I get that to install?? Please help ASAP!

While using portfolio horizontal 2, is it possible each thumbnail is a project with several images inside? Instead of scrolling to next project. And if so is there more options for the slide style, having it in full screen a single image (hiding previous and after images) but instead of a smooth passage between images to be immediate?

I have bloom since 3 years, work perfect… but no more 
I upgrade wp to 5.5 and can no more edit my page, portfolio and co. Visual composer do nothing.
How i can correct that? I suppose actual version on market work if you continue to sell it, can re-install that version without loosing my datas ?
Hello, please delete the plugin to go to Appearance -> Install Plugins to install latest version.
I do yesterday, dont work, stay on same old version of Visual Composer 5.0. i roll back WP to 5.4

Hello, sorry for delay, busy time. Just to be cleat…. If i understand, you have no plan to make an update of the BLOOM theme, no plan to make it compatible with WP 5.5? I must pay for a personal support ? And after the 3 months for another new wp version i must pay one more time ?

ok, the problem is: i don’t see here or on download page a new version 1.1 … that only write 1.0 BUT, after check on the on “envatomarket plugin wp”, i see update to 1.1, work. Sorry for messages, thanks for your help.

Hi, I installed this theme for my elderly mom (a painter), stopped automatic WP updates, and was careful not to alter anything for months. I just noticed that the editor for the portfolio pages is completely blank, and I can’t make any changes. Could this have something to do with Page Builder?

I bought this on Envato Elements and installed everything, but visual composer is not giving me an option to edit the pages with it, it shows code in classic edit at the top and then visual editor is below all that and it says ” You have blank page start adding your content or templates” I have tried disabling classic editor and it still does not let me edit the ages with visual composer, I also activate the main theme and the child theme separately and that didn’t work

I do need help, hence the message. I tried using support but there seems to be no room for those of us who use Envato Elements to sign up.
What I need at the moment is a way to have the categories show to the left in the portfolio page and not at the top. When I first loaded the theme it was okay but it suddenly changed for some reason.

The Info box on the top right corner (mail address and telephone number) has black font on black background on mobile and tablet. It can’t be read at all. Is there any possibility to:
- change the box background colour - OR remove the Info box completely?

I am using a JPEG-Logo to be displayed on the top. The problem is, that it isn’t responsive at all. It can’t resize to fit smaller screens like on small iPhones.
