A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

Please note that the 2.x version of the theme or newer is not compatible with 1.x version. The quickest fix is to downgrade back to 1.x version, here is how:

1. Remove your current theme version and all LSVR plugins
2. Download the full theme package from your ThemeForest account / Downloads
3. Unzip the package and navigate to Legacy / BlueCollar v1 folder
4. a.) Either upload the bluecollar.zip via admin / Appearance / Themes / Add New / Upload
   b.) Or unzip the bluecollar.zip file and upload the bluecollar folder via FTP under wp-content/themes

Download the full theme package from your ThemeForest account / Downloads.

Unzip the package and open the Plugins folder. Now you have two options:

A.) Either go to your admin, deactivate and remove your current version of the plugin and upload the js_composer.zip from the Plugins folder.

B.) Or unzip the js_composer.zip from the Plugins folder and upload the js_composer folder in wp-content/plugins via FTP. This way you don’t have to deactivate and remove your current version in the admin.
