Hi, you never tried to reach out to me. The theme apparently works well for other customers so what exactly is the issue you are facing?
Existing users avoid the update to v2.7.6 having used the theme successfully for 2 years installing the update has destroyed the website. The updates rebuilt the site completely. Should never have been an update. Thank goodness for backups!

Hi,
unfortunately, it wasn't possible to create such a massive update, which would follow the latest technical requirements without breaking the old version. The alternative was to abandon the theme, which wouldn't been beneficial for you either. Right now you have at least the choice whether to update or not.
That said, this breaking change happened more than three years ago, so this is only an issue for buyers who bought the theme very long ago.

I've tried hard to get this theme to work. The documentation is very vague. The amount of plugins required to use the theme is excessive.
Great theme, and great support as well. Would love to buy more in the near future

There are limitations as you would expect with a theme, but the author offers very good support on what is possible and what requires additional work.

This theme has been great for my husband's handyman business. I am by no means an expert and I have learned the back end in about 3 days. I have little to no experience coding. I love the flexibility and ease of the visual editor.
I hired someone to change over all of the colors to fit our brand and now we have a solid SEO friendly site. All of the places to put Google-readable text is one of the main reasons I chose this particular design. The documentation has been helpful as well.
