I just purchased the theme, but now it says ‘link expired’ when I install or atleast try to install the installable zip file to get started. Please help. Tried several times. Slightly dissappointing start to be honest.

Hi there, I am using the Fringe theme and when I use the default home page the hero banner up top has a dark overlay over it that as you scroll it covers the next section underneath it which has a white background and black text. With this dark hero banner overlay not improperly covering that section as you scroll you can’t see the text. I can’t figure out how to fix this broken functionality. The dark overlay should vanish much sooner. Please advise and also the support link does not take you anywhere where I could find spot to submit a ticket, it just showed support articles which was a bit frustrating.

Hi, the WooCommerce templates in the latest version of the theme do not display product add-ons for variable product types. Please advise. Separately, is there a way to change the text for the “add to cart” button and the text for “In Stock/Out of Stock”?

I’ve noticed that the Google Map will not display any address I enter. It defaults to showing a location off the coast of Australia. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a certain format the address needs to be in to be recognized. I didn’t see any instructions in the documentation.

I have been using this theme for years and love the features and flexibility. Wondering if/when you may consider updating the Google Fonts offered? All the fonts I’m liking when looking at Google are not offered/supported currently. Also, is there an easy way for me to add them manually to use for my headers?

Would be great if you could update the Font Awesome Icons to the latest version (SO MANY MORE OPTIONS). It’s a pain to do this manually every time, and even then I am not able to select the new icons from WP Bakery, I have to hard code them

The wordpress page is showing that there is a critical error and we can’t edit anything.

The logs also show following warnings and deprecations:

In the option (BLOG), I have selected: Sidebar 1/4 left for” Archive and Category Sidebar”, but there is no sidebar appearing on those pages.
