We are sorry to hear this, but our theme does not require any paid plugin and if you referred to WPBakery plugin you should know that it comes bundled within the theme.
Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

You can read more about it here so if you need assistance with this we do hopet hat you will turn to our support team by submitting a ticket to our Help Center and one of our support agents will help you.
As we can not agree with your statement and this should be checked in detail so we can be sure what you refer to exactly.

We are sorry to hear that you've got this impression. The theme is working correctly on our end and all of our themes do get strictly tested before they can even be released.

Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe.
Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

Hi there,

Please do understand that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. If you need update of any of the plugins that comes bundled within the theme you are more than welcome to send us a mail to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com providing your purchase code in it and our support team will provide you with the latest plugins as well check if you do encounter any issue at all.

You should also know that we are working really hard on updating all our themes at the moment so it will for sure be released soon.
