HI. I can’t import the demo. It stops at 24% How can I solve it?

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Are you updating soon? I’m looking forward buying this theme, but don’t know if it’s compatible with last version of WP, and with which php version? Will you support this theme on a long term basis?

There are no “rev.slider” files in the theme files. It is recommended to install it from “Pre-Packaged” in the plugins required for the theme. How do I install in this case?

Grant here, on the created portfolio templates that you have said we get on your landing page mine for some reason are all broken. For one of the main selling features of this site and with having an already learning curve from this theme i would like if i could get these templates to work.

If I try to open a support ticket (https://themeforest.net/item/boldlab-creative-agency-theme/24877761/support), I have to choose a theme. Unfortunately a “Boldlab – Creative Agency Theme” isn’t listed. If I choose another one, my purchase code is rejected (“The purchase code is invalid”). How can I get in touch with support? Hi i have now purchased the theme, i cannot see an option to change the mobile header style from light -> dark (or vice versa) I can see that I can manually change the header logo and header background colour but this doesn’t work because the menu button is still black. do I have to amend code manually or am I missing an option?

The color of mobile header opener can be changed with some custom css. Please try adding custom css below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

I have been using the BoldLab theme and had deleted the unused pages from wordpress. Now that I need a few pages to be added to the theme and am trying to use the import option for the Boldlab Dashboard – Import page, it’s giving an error everytime and import not making progress beyond 0%. Can you guide how to import a new page into the theme for updation? Thanks

We usually recommend importing the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.

The best approach if you want to check the settings or any element from the original demo is to create local test website. For this you need to install local server, e.g. XAMPP. Then install WP, Boldlab, plugins and import demo content to your local testing website and check how the pages have been built and what settings/elements have been applied.

Please note that most of the themes are not interchangeable as each theme has it’s own shortcodes, templates and options which may not be available with another theme.
