Customer support was fab, very detailed in multiple requests I had. The rev_slider was another area where it says critical fault trying to activate the plugin – but was guided through how to solve this.

Im loving this template, is so easy to customize and charge info! I had no problem to install it, a really amazing and easy template... Fully recomended <3
The customer support is exceptionally poor vs other Edge themes, can wait up to four or five days (still waiting) for responses to things and when you get a simple link to user guide which doesnt answer the question.
I would avoid if you are looking for strong support.

Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

Very difficult to install, except that the import demo data doesn't work (I already changed the php time&max configurations).
most of the the pages doesn't seems like the preview.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources. If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources and if you already have set this to follow our recommendation you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file

This theme, although beautiful was very frustrating to work with. Not too sure what is happening in the Widgets section in WordPress, but trying to edit a Widget using the Boldlab theme causes our servers to have a heart attack every single time
After dealing with some unnerving issues during the demo import, support helped me get through it. Everything works fine now.
The theme looks awesome. It has tremendous possibilities and options to create a unique experience.
I am just having trouble with customizing the content on the vertical menu that pops up from the right side from the inside pages. From where can I edit the content for the menu ? My website is www.ideoholics.com

What a great support: fast, accurate and very friendly!
This is to reconsider my earlier review about this theme. After been in touch with the developers the theme now shows fine in any screen resolution. The coder was of great help with some custom CSS and we can all now resume to work as usual. Looking forward to purchase the next one from this team.
Had some teething issues with the theme at first, but thanks to the help of Marko Petko in customer services we got the website up and running. Loving the theme!
