Constantly recurring update problems and support ignores you. An incredibly bad experience not worth the effort. Never again, nothing from ThemetechMount.

I think there may be an issue with the support program, with the customer not receiving a response back from support after submitting a request. I put in a request and did not receive an email or anything back from them. After not hearing back, I continued to try to resolve my issue myself with no success. I then got frustrated and submitted a negative review for the support. Pretty soon after I submitted that, I received an email from them saying that my first request was responded to. I checked my email again and did not receive anything. Soon after that email from them, I did receive another email from support, and within hours my issue was resolved successfully, so I am happy now. I would recommend that these guys get this figured out though because it looks like its not just me that's had this issue. The person below my review also had the same issue. I am very thankful though that my issue was resolved successfully and very quickly once we connected. The theme is great looking too!

I have submitted 2 tickets.. after I finally found where to do that at.. multisystem very unclear.. and cant access the tickets until my account is confirmed through an email that never came despite multiple requests... Support so far non-existent.. or catch us if you can. Would love to change this review if someone would get ahold of me. I have tried everything I can conceive.

Kupowałem różne projekty przed jak i po zakupie tego - żaden nie był tak prosty w obsłudze. Polecam ;) wystarczy podmiana kolorów, grafiki i można dostosować do swojej branży, a prostota dalszej konfiguracji sprawi, że dodawanie opinii , produktów , portfolio czy wpisów będzie przyjemnością
