Hi What’s the easiest and permanent way to remove links to the author and comments that shows up on every block on blog pages please? This is bad practice for SEO and I need to get rid of these links. Thx

Seems like your seller has modified the theme directly to hide the page numbers. Also, your site is using the old 1.0.0 version of the theme. You need to contact your seller and ask them to download the latest version for you. If you want to receive future update from your WP dashboard, you need them to provide login credentials of the ThemeForest account that purchased the theme.

You can navigate to Appearances > Bone Settings > Layout then scroll down to Pagination type and change it to Standard.

Just “rediscovered” this theme that I purchased. Looks great. Just a couple things before I install. 1.) Is the theme current to Wordpress 5.6.1, including all the plugins? 2.) Are you still supporting and upgrading the theme? Just need to know so that I don’t go through the trouble of install and build without future updates. 3.) Do you plan on introducing any new features in the future? Great job on the theme btw.

1. We’re working on an update for WordPress 5.6.1 and will be releasing it soon.
2. & 3. Yes we’re still supporting and upgrading our theme. We only add new features if we see them necessary and are suited to the theme.
Just needed to know since it’s been about 5 yrs since Bone theme was first released, and about 3 yrs since Bone w/out WooCommerce was released and have not seen any new themes since then. Again, thanks.

If I understand you correctly, you want the header to be fixed both scrolling up and down. You can add the following CSS code:

- Yes, there’s a widget area right above the Latest posts section, you can insert your banner there.

You can read the instruction here: http://bone-e.minimaldog.net/documentation/index.htm#install-sample. Keep in mind that the sample doesn’t include multiple demos of homepage. Just let me know if you need help setting up your site.

Is it hard to create a site with this theme without the use of Visual Composer? Do I need to use shortcodes for a lot of stuff? Sorry I’m inexperienced.
Also, how can I sell Digital downloads for documents that I would like to offer, like an annual report or a Market Research Report as a pdf. is there a plugin to do that or will Woo-commerce let me sell digital documents as a download? - You can create a site just like the demo without using any page builder plugin. If you’re not sure about how to set up the theme, just tell me and I will assist you further.
- There are several plugins for that, you can try Easy Digital Downloads. If you plan to use WooCommere plugin for it, you can try WooCommerce Checkout For Digital Goods.
- For subscription you can try Ultimate Member.
- These are just my suggestions, you can do a research yourself to pick plugins that best suit your needs.

If you mean the fullwidth images, since version 3.0, you need to use Gutenberg image block to have wide or fullwidth images in posts. If you want to roll back to the old version just email us at minimaldog.themes@gmail.com and I will send you the old version theme.

Hi, an update for WordPress 5.0 is coming.
Whenever I enable this plugin it causes my processes to jump up to 41, nearly all of them being a call to index.php. When i disable the plugin they all go away. Have have reveived warnings from my hosting due to excessive CPU seconds because of this.

I know my support is over, but the redux framework plugin is making a massive conflict with the theme and is making my site slow.
When I deactivate that plugin the site loads 3x faster. But this is not the most urgent: this plugin is making a “white screen/flash” when it loads. I deactivated the theme and remain the redux framework activated, and I see that it’s a conflict between the theme and the plugin, because when I have another theme activated, even with the Redux, the flash doesn’t show.
