I have installed the demo, but I don’t find an option to edit the demo content.
I could only edit the first screen with heading and book image, but everything underneath is not reflecting in Unyson builder.

Hi As. this is a one-page theme.. these sections are individual pages. Please go to pages-> all pages. You will find the rest of the section there.

The latest version of this theme (or its required plugin) appears to conflict with the Membership 2 Pro plugin, giving users 404 errors on protected pages and at login. I wasn’t able to narrow it down more than that, but you may wish to investigate. I took all other troubleshooting steps to rule out other plugins.
