I have updated this rating from one to four for the customer service.
After being stressed out trying to check out this template (because of Envato Market), and finally able to complete the purchase.
I was stressed out only to find out this was not WP theme, nor plug in.
This is, in fact, a stand alone "template" that you need to download on your website and edit with Dreamweaver.
Edit from the Dreamweaver is rather quick and easy without screwing up the code.
The support team is very helpful.
Very good theme, with the possibility of make easy customizability, good design quality and feature availability.
And the best, its based on Bootstrap framework with high resolution design and adapts for all kind devices screen.
