We are working with your theme a long time without problems. We just translated the theme in 2 languages, and its impossible to translate the header strings. I saw that the theme supports WPML. I find the strings in String Translation -> crunchpress -> “Welcome!” but it dont changes after the save. The menu translation and pages works fine.

I’ve installed this on my domain to try it against another theme. Though most of it works, the featured images on each product page are now stretched to about 15 times their normal height. Any ideas about how to fix this?

I guess not. So, let me be clear about this…I buy your theme and I get 6 months’ support (despite your website saying you support your themes for free).
Later, something goes wrong… ‘just because…’... and, as I’m out of support time, I now either throw months of work down the drain or I pay up for your support.
Reminds me of that story about the guy who owns the glass repair shop right next to the biggest multi-story car park in town…

Unfortunately, Book Store at the moment does not support RTL.
However, we have a major update in the pipeline which will add RTL support in Book Store.

Is it best to start creating the site with the new update after it is released or can I start now and then apply RTL with the update? I am trying to avoid wasting time having to redo everything after the RTL version is released?

Hi, I have just purchased the theme and imported the Demo Content. The content seems to be imported except the Layer Slider and Widgets.
Also, the theme is logging Woocommerce 3.0 compatibility error in log file:

Please advise when the theme will be completely compatible with Woocommerce 3.

How do I get the most current version? I renewed support and it looks to be 2.6 still. Is the current version 2.6 even tho it was updated Sept 9?

I have installed the updated version of the theme to 2.6 but it is still showing the warning: Your theme (Book Store) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

Dont bother buying this theme or even anything from Crunchpress. They wont send you the update after requesting it 100 times. I tried getting the update to this one through the license code of another Envato account that was used to buy it and they havent sent me the latest update after numerous requests. They barely even update it anymore and its still outdated.

You have not replied to my email why lie about it? I think you do remember that it was a web dev company named “Ink Gility” that did my website and bought the theme from you. I provided the license in the email and you havent responded. You only gave me an update once last year and now you’re just ignoring me.
