I had a hard time adapting the theme to my products (book covers - digital product, instead of physical books), which, I guess, is a problem of Ecommerce and not the theme itself, but communication with the seller was pretty infuriating.
They give fast responses in which we solve nothing. "Thanks for your respond !" isn't just misspelled, it's also not enough to solve problems. They don't read what you write, give only half or less of the responses, and it took more than a week for me to get to a conclusion that I'll need additional programming (thus, money spent) to get what I needed for my shop.
I'd say communication quality is the worst part of it.
The theme is also pretty slow, which I guess works when you have a few products, but could be bad for a big webshop.
Otherwise, the customizability and the overall theme quality is pretty good.
