for Bugs

Long overdue an update.. Too many bugs due to this.

Hi there, Boombox is fully supported and we commonly release updates per 1-2 months or per particular need. It isn't clear what bugs you mean, report on our support portal please if you notice any bugs related to our theme.

Overall it's a very versatile and powerful theme.
Unfortunately, it has some problems with front-end uploaded gif's/mp4's not displayed correctly on mobile chrome browsers.

As the majority of mobile browsers are Chrome, it's a little (big?) downside of the theme. Otherwise, it would be perfect.
Hopefully, the Devs will find a workaround soon.

Plenty of customization options and damn fast with the right settings!

This is not a bad theme. However, it has a few shortcomings: there is no frontend editor for already published posts, it has 13 forms of publication but no link option (metadata download), it requires an additional plugin for banners, which even in the Pro version does not perform well. If not for that, it would deserve a 5/5. A big plus for great SVG handling.

Love it. Never seen a theme that is working so perfectly like this theme.

I have been using this theme for some years. I lived the process of changing from Viralpress to Zombify, which was a disaster. Years after I realized that they had already made many changes around the WordPress system and had already created a monster, I decided to use another theme. Still, what was my surprise, the content of the 500 articles that I had written during those years had been encrypted and stored in the database in a very dubious way in terms of programming and database design.

Yes, they know very well what I mean and can hardly answer why "hide" and encrypt the content of a site, which has nothing to do with their theme and plugins. For example, I could find two or three comments in the comments section of the Boombox theme where people have wanted to move to another theme and could not. The author only responds with, "it is possible to run a script to copy the meta content to the editor."

I do not recommend this theme for the reasons I already mentioned. The theme creators advantageously decided that the content generated through their theme stays in their theme, and you can't easily take it anywhere without continuing to rely on their Zombify plugin.

If you were told that you are going to acquire a WordPress theme with many features at a specific price, but that everything you write on your site will be stored in a way that you can only use if you use that theme and the Plugins dependent on the functionality of the theme, would you continue to acquire it?

Hello, I've been using your theme for a long time. I really like it, well done. I would like to make a suggestion to you, if you allow. It would be better if you bring the "follow" feature instead of the "add friend", like instagram. It becomes a more effective site for those who use the theme, if the notification goes away when it create content for those who follow that person. Also, those who can't read at the moment, save it so that they can read the content later when they are available. They can add it to their collections (I mean, members but non-authors) like the "save" feature on Instagram.
