Product thumbnails for alternate photos don’t display the photo anymore. The thumbnails themselves are visible but hovering over them doesn’t display the photo in the image frame.

This is Shopify theme, it only work in Shopify site. It do NOT work in WP site. This is the important. Thank you.

whats wrong with this theme is that from the collection pages or homepages etc, the product images are not clickable..a box pops up that says “select options” or “add to cart” – anyone who owns a store that actually makes money knows that no customer would add to cart without visiting the product page….very amateur.

cs-sport.script.js:141 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).flexslider is not a function at handleFlexCasousel (cs-sport.script.js:141) at cs-sport.script.js:630 at dispatch (jquery.min.js:3) at v.handle (jquery.min.js:3)
Could you please open a ticket support. We see you have opened 5 tickets in the past time.
Also, we have checked your license have the support time expired (Sat May 06, 2017)

I wasn’t really expecting that the theme will start having glitches all of sudden.
On the homepage of our shop (www.thefcdubai.com) there is a Carousel which rotates the slideshow images. As you can see in the snapshot that when the carousel is active, it never loads up and does allow other elements of the homepage to load. It goes into an infinite loop. When we checked in Inspect Element of the browser, we found this error.

We have just checked the Support system and see that your last question at 12/22/2016 2:35 pm. That mean it over 6 months ago. So, that meant your site work fine in 6 moths and now it take error. It can caused by your change in our theme or your new code added.
But the support time of license have expired! When the time expired, the author can stop answer any questions, event this is the theme error (a glitch as you said). It the same you purchase the Laptop have 2 year guarantee. After 2 years purchase, you font the error of this Laptop and ask the provider must support to fix it.
Please help us check it again.

Did you extract/unzip the package first? After download file from here, you must extract it first, because it’s all-in-one package. Then, you will have an package and upload into your Shopify site.

Great theme. Before I buy just want to check to see if its possible to make the product images on the homepage and collection pages twice the size then they currently are?
