Not only is the Born To Give theme from imithemes a great out-of-the-box framework for building charity websites, but their customer support is fantastic. They go "above and beyond" when it comes to ensuring their customers have a great experience with their theme.

We have purchased this theme, and the communication with the developers was outstanding. They helped us move the old site into the new one, all content, and some small modifications that were included in the price we paid. Their email support is brilliant and fast. Bravo!

The theme is very beautiful. When visiting the customer, he thinks he will use the tools, but then he gets scared: it's more PRO, you have to buy it. It looks more like a plugin advertisement theme. Support seems to be bad.
