Hello. I bought the bow theme, installed it correctly, but it doesnt work properly. The tool for the gallery doesnt appear, if I go on the website, its not displayed correctly. Theres always a long warning/error text on the website and in the preview and Wordpress display. The next day I couldnt see no layout anymore, only the warning text. Please help me quickly! Thank you!

I downloaded the theme and would like to have an identical version as the demo but even after importing the demo .xml files my website is still not like the demo…
“page-image.xml” can’t be imported, every time I try I have a “failed to import media message.

Hi, On portfolio page, on Firefox the number of image on catogry is not good. For example, if category have 3 pictures, i see ” 3/5 ” and 2 oher pictures add of other category. Solution ? thanks

Cant play any video on gallery. It seems thats HTTPS is not suported on the current themeawsome gallery plugin. Last update of the java script was 6 years ago… Still waiting for a support reply but no success! It´s a shame that a good theme has bad support and no updates for the last 2 years…

We have a better solution for you to try DIY.
Just install the plugin “Classic Editor” then activate it. Go back to the home page and the fields will be appear again.

I’m managing a website for a client who purchased the Bow theme herself. I noticed the Call link on the Contact page does not work. This is because the inc/frame/content-page-contact.php code says “call” instead of “callto”. Can you releaes an update so this bug is removed? Thank you! Kind regards

Hey, unfortunately, even in the newest version of your theme, there is the menu-error which makes the links in the hamburger-menu lead to /undefinded (only under MacOS and Safari, in all other Browsers it works correctly). Is there a fix for that? Thank you.

My website is still working poorly if you use Safari on Laptop. The same issue than already couple of months ago. If you try to open other pages (f ex. articles, contacts), it shows Page not found. Page works well with Crome or also with ipad or iphone Safari.
Have you found any solutions for the problem?
