Terrible Customer Support!
Braink Joomla Template’s contact us Form didn’t work. and I contacted the author. Author called me “DUDE” and responded my ticket as “if I use a 3rd Party Extension I can not support that!, I can’t invest half a hour of Support for everybody! Some things have to done by your own! We sell Templates, not the Extension behind it.” IF 3RD PARTY EXTENSION IS NOT WORKING THEN JUST DON’T USE IT ON YOUR THEME.
