hello, i’ve just purchased the template and have imported the HTML into Mailchimp, but i cannot see any of the modules to drag and drop to reconfigure. Please can you let me know how i go about doing this?

First off great looking layout. I am having one minor issue. When I am working on it in MailChimp I am unable to delete sections of the template. Also it is working at a slugishly slow speed, not sure if it is related.

i have import the index.html of StampReady in StampReady. this work fine but the modules are without a picture preview only a text name (Module-1_25460_21988_58660)?

I just downloaded your theme which is very good.

But one thing is not practical at all. In stamp ready, we do not have the preview of the modules in the “Edit / Modules”. And it is very complicated to find which module we want to add.

Is it possible to do that?

i purchased this template to use with Stampready, but I noticed none of the thumbnail images for the modules are present, and when I import the template into Stampready, they don’t show up. Please advise?

I like this template but see a lot of people struggling in the comments and no replies from your end. Is there any support? Could I try it out with a free refund if it doesnt work?

Hi, I’m having problems working with the BRANDEX template in MailChimp on Mac/Chrome. Having installed the the ZIP-file and saved as a template in MailChimp, I’d like to EDIT Design (button at the bottom of the page). I see all the individual template building blocks on the left with ”+” and ”-” buttons to add or remove items. However, clicking either + or – does not do anything. Also, the right hand pane of the screen which is “Design”, only shows me “MonkeyRewards” as an entry – nothing to edit the BRANDEX template elements. Already deleted and re-installed the template ZIP with no effect. What can I do to make this work?
