I have so many to say about this but to cut the long story short as below:
1. I have critical layout issue due to menufication feature of the latest version, but the developer didn't address my questions at all. For eg, I asked for the code to disable the menufication on the latest version, he asked me to deactivate the plugin? But there is no plugin required since ver3.0.
2. He took more than 48 hours to reply my support ticket. True, it's over the weekend, but he rather replied to my comments first than support ticket. Mine was critical issue on prod site and he didn't understand the buyer's frustration with such problem.
3. The documentation was not updated, still talking about the menufication plugin, but the latest version already doesn't need the plugin.
4. From the old comments, there were quite a number of requests asking to hide the menufication feature in the new theme version. I wonder why the developer cannot document the code to do it rather than asking to open support ticket. It's necessary to be proactive rather than reactive.
I have used this theme for years, so naturally I feel disappointed to receive such poor support, I look forward for an improved service soon!
