Every time I go to support it asks which theme I bought, and when I choose the Brielle option it just takes me to your documentation page?

Hello, I wanted to buy your theme but the mobile menu doesn’t work on my phone (iPhone 11 pro)... so… would it work when I buy it?
It does work… but it’s so poorly designed that you have to press the 10×10px arrow to open the submenus. Do you have a fix for that before I buy this?

The import demo function does not work properly. I have sent an email to the support team and it seems my message is ignored.

We have bought Theme Brielle – Beauty Salon and Cosmetics Theme – ThemeForest and we are facing diffuclty on import the demo website and when we try to import it the mega menu is not working. Full website demo is not migrating.

Can I use WPBakery Page Builder instead of Elementor. Are the two options available? Because I am not familiar and don’t like Elementor. Thanks.
Hi there,
Thanks for taking an interest! The native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well.
It is important to mention that the theme does not come with WPBakery included so you will need to purchase the plugin on your end and build your content with it since the native import method does only come with Elementor.
