It is possible to submit a link to claim a listing? I want the link to go directly to the popup form. Something like: https://site_name/listing/listing_name/#claim-popup
When we are trying to verify the app, we arent able to. I think we may have downloaded birkk once before on another domain a few years ago. Do you have a plugin where we can deactive an old license via our purchase codE?
Side note: this is because when we add the envato API it doesnt activate BRIKK. Envato is saying theres no download when we have purchased it.

Problem with the Search Form and filter of my site
I am using Theme Brikk to create a domain about Tenerife, where I have some places which I rent, I also put tourist and gastronomic places.
On the main page I have a search form for these places and the activities section, the search form does not work, it does not filter correctly the places according to the tags that I put on it. I need it to filter correctly.
I need a quick solution, or am I configuring something wrong?

Hi, I have a pre-purchase question. I see it’s possible to select the number of guests per booking for an event. But is it also possible to select the availability for the event itself? So for instance if the event has room for 10 people, and each booking is limited for 1 spot, then this event can only have 10 bookings in total. After 10 bookings, it should not be possible to make a new booking. Hope to hear form you soon. Thanks in advance.

Yes, In theme we have functionality to select number of persons on per booking. You can manage the booking availability for the listings from frontend dashboard. You can limit the bookings with plans in theme. Here is documentation link: https://utillz.com/docs/brikk/monetize-your-business/plans/

issue: Add users email and phone number contact information on user profile page.
Hi, I do not want to show this information…....
In this update we have this opportunity with not selection “Enable User or Author Contact Details On User Profile” , in listing type->setting->integration->Auth….
but if this is disable the author page show ever the phone number and email information, and if you enable it, than the page show double information.
I currently edited the author.php file by removing some row and it run well in this way…..

please consider function to to let people list, and take reoccuring payments like monthly payments. So that if someone wants to stay at a place for 12 months, payments can be taken each month until the end of the 12 months. I know woocommerce recurring payments can do this, but it needs to be built into the theme so there is a option when creating a listing.

Is it possible for an appointment booking to be an instant book but stop taking bookings 3 days before appointment

You can allow instant booking from listing type from admin dashboard->listing type->select your listing type—>pricing.
You can only set number of booking limitation in booking appointment slots but can’t apply condition like this so the functionality don’t take booking before 3 days.

The elementor update: if anyone is reading this dont update your site. it will wrack havoc. News is spreading about this widespread issue. To the theme builder – Also something needs to be done when a user creates a listing, it should use ajax to save as the user progresses through the form.

recent bug issues to report: 1. if you update to lastest version off elementor the site disappears, all pages go blank. 2. if you change from main theme to child theme, the main front page goes back to draft mode, you have to replublish the page. 3. new Taxonomies, sometimes do not back up and disappear.

1. please can you amend the theme so that buyers can purchase whatever they want and register in the process. Woocommence has this built in as standard. This is what the competition has. if all buyers have to create a account first they will probibly just go elsewhere it is a huge put off. And a big barrier to any sales. 2. Is there a way to change the author url. Having everyone called an author is like a blogging site 3. search needs to be improved. geo search is good. but if the site has alot of traffic it could cost alot. So better to have a good built in search option, that searches through all regions and is smart to pick up on any other information. 4. need to have a id verification upload section in dashboard 5. good work otherwise

You can display your Facebook feeds on the website, but you’ll need to manually create listings for them in the theme. Imported data can be utilized as posts within the theme, but for it to appear as listings, manual intervention is required.

Thank you for your answer. What I was talking about are the Facebook events. I can download iCalendar (.ics) files and directly upload them in Google Calendar. Can I do something so a listing will be created automatically?
