I hope you’re having a good weekend!

In the past few weeks, my website: divinginlebanon.com got compromised and hacked, hence, I had to DELETE the website before I could even deactivate the license, then license it back.

So, now that I have made the installation anew, I tried to re-activate the site using my purchase code, but for some reason, it is saying “Your purchase code is invalid! Theme is not activated! check your code – maybe it’s from another theme” message.

I urge you to help me figure out a solution.

PS: I do not think it is fair to RENEW SUPPORT for this kind of issue, as I’m using what I have already purchased, but for some reason the theme is not able to authenticate it. Looking forward to hearing your insight soon.

Please note that I am usually aware of the process of disconnecting the license prior to anything else. However, I was blocked out of the wordpress installation due to the malware, therefore I lost access to it.

This time, I will have an offline backup to avoid this hassle in the future.
