Except that the contact form did not work and it wasn't sending the email to the email we configurated in the plugin.

The template was clearly written by some monkeys, it is very crooked
1. You must change the logo for each header template
2. In the product catalog, when you go to the next page and scroll down, the scroll jumps up
3. It is impossible to change fonts everywhere in one place. You must separately change the font for the body text, for the heading, for breadcrumbs, and so on.

These are just the problems that I encountered in an hour of using the template. I do not recommend it.

If you don't read documentation then you'll find code written by aliens as well. Everything is properly explained. For point 1-3 there are reasons why this was done. Most users find them useful. From fonts to logo everything can be changed from theme options and there is no problem at all.
As you didn't open any ticket so I guess you were more excited to write review rather than approaching theme developer. Before you, many others have reviewed and none find them as amusing like this. If you have support for the theme, you can reach support to explain your problem and they would be happy to explain.

Lovely template, easy to use and looks brilliant. A few parts unnecessarily messy/difficult to navigate but all in all a strong 9/10.

can not change the colors of template elements, but you can do via css, nice slider, wpbackery is easy to use, full responsive and demo importer works good. Documentation is complete

Thank you for purchasing this theme. Today we have updated the theme. Along with adding 2 new home page designs, now Color for most elements can be changed. Also added swatch selection tool so that you can now select any color (not just pre-set). We hope you'll love it.
