Hi.. we need to update LayerSlider WP .. and your update instructions indicate the need for this plugin.. “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” however … ‘This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. Ensure you have updated to the latest version of the theme: v2.1.8.
Updated to the latest version and still having same issue. WPBakery Page Builder cannot be updated though so maybe that’s the issue?

When importing the demo, only a single page imports. I don’t get the complete theme as previewed. What is the problem. Can anyone help?

Hi, when I import demo it doesn’t import everything how it should look like. It is missing a lot of things in the template like the button on the pages etc. I am not talking about the images btw, im talking about the layout of the template not being demo imported completely… It is missing content.

We are using Woocommerce in this theme. Is there an option for full width product and category pages?
Also, just a note that when we switch the layout to “Redux Full Width” in the individual product pages, the layout doesn’t change, so maybe we’re missing a setting?

Hi there, no theme option for this, but you can add a bit of custom CSS to create such a layout. Add the following to: Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

My hosting company updated PHP version and some of the plugins stopped working. LayerSlider and CommerceGurus Toolkit to be more specific. Since I do not use CommerceGurus Toolkit, I have made it inactive. However, LayerSlider is now asking for an activation code. Any idea, how do I get that?

We just purchased this theme and the Visual Composer is out-of-date and the update in the theme doesn’t go through because of the license issue. We do have license so we are able to download the most current version from VC, but when we try to update manually, it seems your theme is blocking that approach some how? We tried with two different FTP clients and the VC update breaks at the same point each time. We have had to clear out the manual file attempts and just reinstall via the theme, however that version is still out of date. Will the theme be keeping that plugin up to date or is there some way for us the be allowed to manually update?

Hi, updates to WPBakery and LayerSlider are included within theme updates. We’re testing the latest updates to both plugins and will be including them in the next theme update.
If you wish to update manually, just delete the plugin entirely and then upload the new zip file via Plugins > Add New.
