Theme not working after Elementor update to 3.16.0. Seems like all Elementor widgets become non-compatible and the content “vanishes” from the web… All other non-Elementor content is ok..

Hi, Currently there is no option to sync it with airbnb or booking. We do some research on this question and no simple solution, each solution require a lot of work from customers. But we don’t stop and try to find how to do it.
Hi, we purchased your theme and our question is – is this possible to run without woocommerce? Our scope is to get simple email. Without Woocommerce installed whatsoever, it’s not possible to edit room details, the Elementor gives this error in that case:

Hi, child theme doesn’t have any translation files. You need to add translations to parent theme and to the core plugin.

Hi, your checkout page looks (customized) no form with required fields, such as name, email, payment, etc. Be sure that you did not remove such form in the template file, also be sure that you selected checkout page in the woocommerce settings.

We plan to resolve this common issue related iCal sync.
Unfortunately there is no way of setting up different prices for low and high season, you basically have to setup one price for your rental property/room for the entire year. Booking system is very basic and does not cover crucial rules for property/room/b&b rental business (such as minimum booking days, check-in days). The support team was responsive at first but after pointing out the basic stuff missing in the booking system I am being ignored. How do I go about the refund?

We are sorry for the late reply. We are working on low/high season price functionality. Minimum booking days you can set in the admin when you edit your room facts.

Mi principal problema es que al momento de agregar una persona ( Es así porque lo modifique) no me actualiza los atributos de el input bht_room_adult que se encuentra en reservation.php. Los atributos son: data-singular-label=”<?php esc_attr_e(‘Persona’, ‘brooklyn-heights’); ?>” data-plural-label=”<?php esc_attr_e(‘Personas’, ‘brooklyn-heights’); ?>” He revisado el código y veo que hay una función en el archivo rom.js con el nombre updateGuests que tiene una serie de condicionales que modifica si es plural o singular, pero esto no me funciona. Me pueden ayudar?

You can customize the contact form. We use CF7 plugin to create forms and the theme includes a contact form block, with an option to change the style of your form. If you mean to replace in-built booking functionality with a third-party service, it depends on the service and what functionality you need.
I need that in the reservation form, instead of asking for the date, it asks me for the number of hours, and that each time an hour is added, the total price doubles, which is the Label instead of saying “Guest” and “Room “I can put with the text that I need. Hi, contact form block you can find in the elementor widgets, when you edit page. If you mean reservation form (not contact) you can find it in the wp-content/themes/brooklyn-heights/templates/room/parts/reservation.php

The best way to edit reservation form is copy reservation.php to the child-theme to the same directory, if no create please. If you don’t use child-theme we strongly recommend to use it, because if you edit files directly in the theme you will lose it after theme update.
