I absolutely love the design and all its features but unfortunately I am a bit disappointed on the whole process of installing the theme. I have had other themes before that were easy to setup and ready to use. I have encountered many many many issues with my setup and to this day, it's not working properly. I can only salute the fast reply from the support teams and endless emails exchanges, but I am quite disappointed with their help. They either suggest solutions as "please refer to the documentation", which I usually did beforehand, or super technical answers that I don't understand even after spending couple hours searching on Google and YouTube. My blog hasn't been working properly for months now. So, as much as I love the design, having something operational would have been pleasant.
Kinda feel like a waste of my time and money.

In searching for themes, I came across this theme and fell in love with its modern design. However, when I installed it on my website, it didn't have the same effect. The owners were very helpful when I had questions.

The documentation was very helpful. Demo data, is a good guide if you do not know where to start and you want to get as close as you can to the look you want.

As for the theme, it is amazing and perfect for my project.

Even though I have not had any problems yet, I am sure the support from the team will be as good as possible.
