The Theme is awsome! Nice Design, flexibility...
And i had a problem with an Error-Message caused of the highest PHP-Version on the Server. The Support was very great! Linh, a Team-Member, fixed the issue and explained me, what the reason was for this error. So i learned a little bit too! :-D

Good technical support, easy to use theme, good technical documentation.
Documentation is really bad so is support. I'm waiting for my ticket reply for the 4th day now. Visual composer doesn't work so don't complicate your life with this theme

This theme has been the most flexible and easy to configure word press theme that i have used, Can easily change to match any site configuration
The Theme is very good and gives many possibilities, but the best of all for me has been technical support, very good.

The examples comes with hidden CSS that is hard to change, even with the theme editor...
Very good customer support, sometimes a little slow but they go above and beyond!
I've needed ThemeMove's help on a couple of occasions and they've always been prompt, pleasant and great at problem solving my issues fast.
I had a problem installing the core theme plugin, so went straight to support, it has been a week now and my problem has not been solved, and I have had no response from support for the last 5 days, this is not good enough for a premium plugin! Very disappointed!

I would recommend anyone considering this theme, who is NOT code smart, head another direction. The theme, in my opinion doesn't have nearly the quality of design, user friendly design, that you will find in many other themes. I own a few from Themeforest and this was a mistake to buy. You will need to code for many of the design functions we all have come to take for granted with some of the better themes. Just because they include Visual Composer, don't think it means there is a seamless design process in getting the look you want with this theme.
