The design looks great, but, it is completely impossible to find the design you want and to modify it. I have been at this for hours trying to figure out how to get the design I want and there is no documentation. I want my money back.

We are sorry to hear this but we do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing sometimes but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.
You should know that you can always turn to our support team and you are more than welcome to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help you with the demo import.

I had a misunderstanding how the plugins worked, but the support team helped solve the issue. The theme was exactly what I was looking for to make my website rich and interactive

Amazing
Lots of features don't work. Including but not limited to: adding/removing sidebars, the Instagram feed (the element doesn't seem to be registered so can't be added to the page), the full width, no margin galleries in the demo content are lists of portfolios so can't be used as galleries without adding each image as an individual portfolio, and there isn't alternative gallery widget. Pretty poor theme.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way. Do note that our theme got recently updated so please check if you have the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
Also if you encounter any additional issues please feel free to submit a ticket to our Help Center where one of our support agents can check everything on your end since once we test the theme everything works and this needs to be investigated on your side. Unfortunately we could not locate any request from your Envato username so please do so that we can help.

One of the boldest and most colorful themes on Themeforest.
Everything from Mikado themes just works perfectly from the start. This one is no exception. Great theme and great documentation.

WP Bakery is so hard to use.
There is so much bug on code. Also they update rarely.

Sorry to hear this, however we do think that our theme is working as intended and if you do have any issue you are always open to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help. For the moment we could not locate any request created by your Envato username and would appreciate it if you can do this.
When it comes to updates please understand that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.
