The documentation is very poorly written. I can’t tell what’s going on and how to implement it. We as a customer buy themes to make things easier for us.
What’s the point of buying a theme that will take a lot to just install or understand. You guys need to improve your customer support as well. People face issues usually when they buy a new theme. You should be ready for it.

How on earth are we suppose to make custom changes to the theme? While Child theme doesnot even display as the main theme.
How to make custom changes in the theme in a way that we dont loose our customizations? If we use Child Theme as an Active Template the design is completely lost.

So I purchased support and did not get competent help after 2 weeks and had to request refund then you never gave refund and Envato had to step in. Why the poor support and service? Never again!

Even after the 1.1.9 update, the theme is still showing errors in Jquery migrate. I had to downgrade to legacy 1.12.14 jquery, as the sticky menu stopped working. Will the theme be getting updated again to address this?

Avoid this theme as the support took 6 days to reply and even then was not much help. I have had nothing but problems with this theme from day 1. Envato are obviously not on top of all this and the standards are dropping. I have been a member and user for over 7 years …..Does anyone know where you can buy a theme that actually works as the seller says it does. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL….......

I bought EDD Amazon S3 yesterday and have an issue where the EDD Addon Plugin has to be deactivated to be able to upload a product. If the EDD Addon plugin is left activated then the URL link does not show in add a product. I have had great help from Easy Digital Download in finding this problem. I could go ahead and just load products with your EDD Addon plugin deactivated, but then I lose some functions. It seems your theme is out of date and you need to fix the bugs. Very dissapointed in this theme, nothing but problems …...

Hi I bought your Business Hub theme today and have loaded and unloaded it 3 times … I am trying to get it to look like your demo but it is a nightmare of a job and costing me so much time. Also the social icon bit at the bottom of the page is not showing .. there was a plugin that is no longer available that is associated with this I believe.
I am getting to hacked off buying themes from Envato right now as yours was the second one I bought today to try to get a download site put together .. the other theme was not very good and the vender has even refused to refund. I am becoming very disillusioned with Envato as a whole as the quality of products seems to be dropping. I have been an Envato customer for over 7 years, but maybe not much longer.

Hello, I have used “Theme My Login” Plugin to make the login page, however, how can I make that after people purchase and they log in to see all the purchases? It;s because when I login as the buyer, it show nothing about what did the buyer buy before. which mean, if the buyer who bought the product ( digital ) , they must download immediately, otherwise, they cannot find the link to download after they close the page. What should I do for this problem? Please advise.

Can you adjust the product page layout to add images/videos etc? I would probably use Easy Digital Downloads but happy to use Wocommerce if easier to control the product layout.
