Have you fixed the child category problem with the mega menu, I want the enable checkbox to be off so the child categories do not appear but each time I save with the box unchecked it still remains on.

The latest version has removed the reference number from the product page, I’ve managed to add the code from a previous file and it has now been reinstated.

it is VERY ANNOYING that I can’t comment on the forum support for the Buyshop Prestashop theme. I have a purchase code: 6d8c2d55-03f3-4519-8604-ed3c2de1e038. There is nothing at the bottom of the Forum as the instructions says there should be that allows me to post. The Buyshop Prestashop coupon is defective. David Matos of Prestashop told me to contact the theme developer with the following comment:

“I’ve been able to speak to our in-house technicians in regards to your issue.

The shopping-cart.tpl is the template file that holds the voucher code. It looks like the template has been modified a little bit but the functionality should all still be there.

Can you please contact the developer of the theme and advise them that the Shopping-cart.tpl is missing the voucher section. They should be able to replace it with the original.”

Will someone please either answer the question here or provide me a way to post because even the forum is acting faulty. The forum moderator, Vaku, has not responded to me either. We really need our coupon box to work on our store as we are in the middle of trying to run a discounted promotion!

1) I’m not sure that this is the problem of our theme. Do you see the same bug on our demo? Can you provide a screenshot?

2) Who is David Matos? Is this guy making your customization? Did you hire him?

3) As far as i understood this issue was found during your customization. Unfortunately our FREE support package with theme is limited to questions regarding the theme’s features or problems with the theme. We are not able to provide support for code customization.

4) I want to mention again. Your support license was already expired. If you want to get help from our developer. Please, submit renew your support license.

I’m attempting to be nice but your team keeps saying purchase support when It should not have to be a purchase on our part and it just feels as an attempt to take money not earned

your answers:

1) It is a problem of yours since we did nothing to cause it to disappear. A screenshot is in the link below which shows NOTHING where the coupon code box is supposed to be. I believe your theme software has a bug. https://d.pr/136Ij

2) David Matos is the US Head of Merchant Success Team for Prestashop USA. His words are, “Can you please contact the developer of the theme and advise them that the Shopping-cart.tpl is missing the voucher section. They should be able to replace it with the original.” We have not removed your Shoppingcart. Are you trying to tell me we have to purchase support ONLY for your company to put back the Shopping-cart.tpl which is missing for no reason??

3) There was no customization that disappeared your cart otherwise we would put it back. We are not looking for you help with code customization.

4) Please put the Shopping-cart.tpl back that has just disappeared. We are not doing any customization that would cause this to disappear. It’s just disappeared when no work or customization was happening at all.

Our support staff will be glad to answer your questions.

2. To submit tickets on our support forum you should have actual purchase code and nonexpired support license. In other case your product is without support. I think it is fair.
