We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing sometimes but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.
Regarding updates, please note that we are constantly working on updating all our themes.
At the moment we don’t have an ETA for when this update will come out, however, you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
In the meantime, you should know that in case you need the latest version of any bundled plugin or you have any theme-related questions or issues, we would appreciate it if you could please submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with the latest version and assist you regarding your theme-questions.

Bought this theme and had difficulties installing it! Glad the customer support was readily available and supportive. After several fails of guided attempts one of the team member logged into my panel and had everything fixed. Now I see the importance of extending my support license.

Great design quality, good taste theme, but it's not perfect. Some shortcodes are not really customizable. But the overall experience is good.
