Hi. On the description, you can see the theme only works with WP < 4.8.x now (https://gyazo.com/4f0f92b7a1273f00131ce63ae2704261 ). If you have not the website already, you can use the quickstart package to install the new website, and keep the WP version. We will update the theme to work with WP 5.5 on the future.

You have updated the WooComerce higher than version used on our theme ( WooCommerce 3.0.x). With the WooCommerce > 3.3, please see this tus: https://atlantisthemes.com/woocommerce-single-product-image/

The theme upgrade is not a mission which author must do. We only do it when we have enough resource and time. The WP core update every day, how author can catch up with it forever ? If you say that, please help me remove your mega menu feature, i wall to install mega menu plugin. WP update to secure website, but you don’t upgrade, my website can not safe.

If you want to remove the mega menu, please follow these steps:
- Comment out (remove) line 18 and 54 of file wp-content/themes/byhands/functions.php
- On this file, declare sidebar Menu on function byhands_widgets_init() (similar with other sidebars).
- Install the 3rd party Mega Menu, then drag the widget into the sidebar Menu.
- Replace line 74-76 on file wp-content/themes/byhands/header-home-1.php with code:

if (is_active_sidebar('menu')) {
    dynamic_sidebar('menu');
}

Similar with header-home-2.php, header-home-3.php (If you use home 2, home 3).

Hi. If you install the theme, you also need install some plugins which is attached on your purchased package, then import the demo data (you should read the documentation to know how to do that).

Hi. Yes, the theme is developed when Woocommerce was on version 3.1.2. If you want to update Woocommerce to higher version, you need do it yourself on your webssite.

But have another problem. I add few “Tiva Testimonials” on the admin panel, but can’t delete or edit them!! Page is reloaded and nothing happens when i click edit or delete button.

and i can’t add background parallax image on the homepage where Testimonials like on demo “Homepage 2”. Where i can do this? I try to add it when i edit “home page – Tiva Testimonials block – edit – design” and insert bg image, but it doesn’t work
