Sorry, I know. On Friday I get information from you that you have upgrade PHP and problem with ajax is still not resolved. we check all once more on Monday but please note that without functioning wp-admin ajax demo import will be still not possible. PHP version is not the problem.

Hi, 5 Months later, the promised update never showed up. – WP 5.8 is now live – pls update the pagebuilder or replace it eventually with elementor, like announced.
Hi, Calibra is updated last few days. Now is compatible with WP 5.8, latest Woocommerce and include newest versions of Revslider and WPBakery. Unfortunately, we abandoned the plan to prepare an Elementor powered version of Calibra. After thorough consideration, we decided that it would be better to develop a completely new framework and theme dedicated only to Elementor, and we have been working on it for several months now.

- Calibra theme (your version 1.1.1 newest is 2.6)
- DPR Calibra Extensions (you version 1.0.72 newest is 2.6)
- WPBakery plugin (your version 5.5.4 newest is 6.4.1)
I can update all to latest versions if you confirm.

Hi, All pligins and theme is updated burt we still observe problem with editing som VC elements (Ajax 500 server error). Our developer check all detailed already. Hope that cause will be found.

Since I can’t access support anymore…when I updated to 2.3 (updates are included in the original license), I get this error message: Redux Framework Warning select2-css CDN unavailable. All of the font selector, etc, settings are screwed up in the Theme Options area and the theme is essentially unusable now.

This means your server is blocking the connection (or cannot connect) to the CDN. Redux framework by default load some scripts from CDN.
For now try to add in wp-config.php following line:

The constant WP_ACCESSIBLE_HOSTS will allow additional hosts to go through for requests */ define(‘WP_ACCESSIBLE_HOSTS’, ‘cdn.jsdelivr.net,look.redux.io,’);
If it not helps please open ticket on support forum or simply write us on support@dynamicpress.eu.

Please can you help us with the glitchiness of scrolling on your theme. Its happening on two of our webpages and we notice its even happening on your demo page. If you inspect you can see there is this error.
[Intervention] Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See <URL>
It makes the scroll extremely jumpy and in turn makes the site hard to use. Please can you assist us!

Real nice theme GLWS Any view to develop the theme with elementor page builder? I’m moving all my customers sites from wpbakery. If you decide to (if possible to give a timetable for that change) use elementor I will be purchasing several licences. awaiting your kind reply.

Many thanks. We agree that Elementor is slowly becoming a new one industry standard .
We’re working on replacing WPBakery Page Builder with Elementor. But this is a tedious and time-consuming process because we would like to create the exact equivalents of all of our VC custom elements.in Elementor. Presumably, it will take us two or three months, but this is an indicative term.
