The slider as background is not possible. But this (slider in background) can be done with Revolution Slider (if you are familiar).

1. Yes, you can have a separated page (stand alone page) which is not included in Home (OnePage) front page. For each page you can select to be or not included in OnePage mode – you can have a really long scrolling page and unlimited stand alone pages.

2. No, sorry. Theme is widget ready, but the widget is placed in footer (we don’t have this on our demo, but it is included).
