I purchases this theme and installed it but it says license is needed for WP Bakery. According to the documents this is included by you. What now?

Hello, Your icon packs don’t include the ticktok icon and I really need this. I want it to display in the ‘elated social icons group widget’. Please can you tell me how I can achieve this?

Sorry but consulting about this with our dev team we do see that it would require update of icon fonts, and is not in the plan as it will require a lot of modification in our theme. So, unfortunately, this is not possible. However you can always add your custom icon using the icon shortcode or image widget which you link.

Hello, We’d really like the woocommerce drop-down cart to display a little number indicating the number of products in the cart like your other theme ‘Lella’ (https://themeforest.net/item/lella-hairdresser-and-beauty-salon-theme/24625732?s_rank=29). Is this possible?

Unfortunately this feature is not available for drop-down cart. Adding this feature would require some custom coding and modifying of theme template files which is not included in the support.

in Elated Options -> Woocommerce -> Product List Columns it’s possibile to choose 3 or 4 columns. but there’s no option for mobile. How can I force it to show 2 columns on every mobile screen?

Hi, I want to use this for an existing site, if I import the demo will I lose any of my previous pages or products?

Thanks for taking an interest! First of all, we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.

Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.’

I’ve just purchased the latest update and now I get 503 error when adding a product to cart. any idea?

resolved. it was an issue with plugins: renamed folder plugins – activated one plugin at the time and checked the browsing experience on the website to find out which plugin might have been corrupted. found out none was corrupted but simply wordpress had some issues that got resolved by doing the above procedure.

I just bought this theme and don’t care for it at all. The Elated Options feature is a nigntmare. Much easier if everything is in the Customizer so you can see in real time what effect it is having on the page rather than having to go back and forth. Also.. I imported the demo.. but my Main Home page looks nothing like the demo. Everything on my page is 5x bigger. I went in to try and edit the Main Home page.. YIKES! I guess I just wasted $69 because I really don’t see myself trying to work with this theme.

We do believe that our theme is very well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing sometimes but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.

Also please understand that Commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer the framework of their own option, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities, and custom elements, and the learning curve can be steep sometimes, especially when you are facing some new theme for the first time.

Thank You for the response. I just don’t feel that the theme is user friendly. I have been reading the documentation.. but as you said the learning curve is steep.

I would really prefer not to have to spend a month trying to figure all of this out. Once I tried to edit the Main Home page I knew I was in over my head. I am used to working with text and images and not having to decipher a lot of code.

If I change my mind.. I will open a support ticket. At this time I think I am just moving on. Thank You :-)

Hi, I see your theme is compatible with WP 5.5 but it’s important to get compatibility with Woocommerce 4.x as well otherwise we get issues with several plugins including Facebook which is important for syncing catalogue with FB and IG shopping.

If I am going to buy this theme today, I would automatically install latest plugin versions including Woocommerce.

have you at least tested it yet? Can you tell us if it is not compatible with latest WooCommerce 4.x meaning that we should manually install WC 3.9 for instance?

Hi guys. My logo is larger in height than your demo logo, I have changed the image height of mine to 204 px and kept the same lenght. I have also changed the header height in setting to 210 px. The logo however keeps pushing itself to the left hand of the page instead of staying in the center. How do I get around this please?
